All services are subject to fees outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Payments should be made as agreed upon in advance and must be settled before the final delivery of services. Delays in payment may result in delayed delivery or additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, all deliverables produced by OkbaHamouch become the intellectual property of the client. However, OkbaHamouch reserves the right to use parts of the deliverables for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

5. Confidentiality

OkbaHamouch respects the privacy of its clients. Any information provided by clients will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

6. Service Revisions

OkbaHamouch aims to meet client expectations with every project. Revisions are available as per the agreement, but any changes beyond the initial scope may incur additional fees and may affect the project timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

While OkbaHamouch strives to provide the highest quality in every service, it does not guarantee specific results. The liability of OkbaHamouch is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. OkbaHamouch may also terminate the agreement if the client violates these terms, and the client will be responsible for payments on work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Algiers.

10. Changes to Terms

OkbaHamouch reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
